Who we are
Barkhaus Pet Care was founded with one simple mission: to provide affordable, loving, and reliable pet care to the pets and people of our community. We believe your pets deserve the same comfort, care, and attention they get from you, even when you’re not home.
At Barkhaus, you’ll always know how your pet is doing. After every visit, we send a personalized journal entry and photos straight to your phone, so you never miss a moment. For dog walks, we even use GPS tracking, so you can see exactly where we went and how long we were out exploring.
Whether you need a quick drop-in, overnight stay, or reliable boarding, you can trust us to treat your pet like family, because they are.
Our Team
Carolina (Owner)
My name is Carolina, the proud owner of Barkhaus. With a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and working as a veterinary technician at three different clinics, I have dedicated my life to caring for animals. I started Barkhaus to provide reliable, affordable, and loving care that pet parents can feel good about, because I know how important your animals are. At home, I have two German shepherds who keep me on my toes and remind me daily why I love what I do. I personally manage both our Tucson and Tampa locations and am the main point of contact for all clients. I split my time between both Tucson and Tampa, ensuring both locations operate with the same level of reliability, organization, and loving care.
